The Story

I'm a 23-year-old game developer who's been building games for over 8 years. I've created more than 30 projects and games over the years, and there is nothing I love more than seeing people play and enjoy something I made.

Why Imposter Games?

I always make games that I personally want to play. I saw the "guess the imposter" game trend everywhere online and couldn't find a good, polished version of it. So I built my own. What started as one game mode grew into a full platform with multiple party games, all designed to be played with friends.

How the Games Are Made

Each mode starts with a social idea that can be understood in a few sentences: compare answers, hide inside a drawing, recognize a language, or find a location on a map. I then build the lobby flow, real-time rules, mobile layout, and the small pieces of feedback that keep a group oriented during a round.

The games share a browser platform, but their decisions are intentionally different. Question Edition rewards discussion, Drawing Edition turns every line into evidence, Match the Word is cooperative, and Pinpoint tests geographic reasoning. The party-game chooser explains which format fits different groups.

Community and Moderation

Players can create community question sets and word packs. Public submissions do not go straight into the game catalog: they enter a review flow first. Reports and copyright concerns can be sent by email, and content that is unsafe, abusive, or does not belong to the submitter can be rejected or removed under the Terms of Service.

Sources and Transparency

Some games rely on openly licensed material, including language audio and geographic data. The Credits and Data Sources page identifies those sources and licenses. The Changelog records meaningful site updates, while the Privacy Policy explains accounts, analytics, advertising, and service providers.

Always Evolving

Imposter Games will always keep getting updates and new content. New game modes, new categories, new prompts, new features. If you have an idea for something you'd like to see, I'd love to hear it. Reach out on any of my socials or come hang out in the Discord.
